PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling termite capable of controlling semi-permanently termite using no chemical agents or using chemical agents as little as possible, and an artificial termite nest used in the method. SOLUTION: In this invention, the artificial termite nest having a bait part for termite is buried in the ground near a building and termites inhabiting near the building are collected by introducing into the artificial termite nest and the termites collected in the artificial termite nest are periodically disposed.
