PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air massage device with plural air bags to be arranged on the surface of a bed pad whose arrangement can be changed according to a massage condition. SOLUTION: This air massage device consists of a bed pad 1 on which hook and loop fasteners can be attached as engaging members at prescribed positions on the surface, plural air bags 2-9 at bottoms of which hook and loop fasteners can be attached as engaging members and which are formed in prescribed shapes, and an air supply device 10 for supplying air to each air bag. By arranging air bags 2-9 on the bed pad 1 according to a massage condition and engaging the engaging members with each other, specific parts of a person's body to be massaged (in this case, such parts as the right shoulder-neck part, left shoulder-neck part, upper back muscle part in the left/right direction, upper back muscle part in the upper/lower direction, right hip, left hip, thigh part and leg part) can be massaged in an overall body massage.
