PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-wrinkle cosmetic or dermatologic composition having an 'astringent' effect. SOLUTION: This anti-wrinkle cosmetic or dermatologic composition comprises the combination of a polyester type dendriform polymer having terminal hydroxy groups with the dispersion of a coating film-forming polymer which includes at least one natural and/or synthetic polymer, has a Young's modulus of 108-1010 N/m2, causes an isolated horny layer shrinkage of >=1% at a temperature of 30 deg.C and in a relative humidity of 40%, when applied in a concentration of 7% in water and subsequently dried, and can form a water vapor-permeable coating film.
