PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mapping catheter capable of mapping the electric activity of a heart. SOLUTION: The mapping catheter 10 is formed of a catheter main body 12, a handle 16 and a tip part 14. The main body 12 is provided with an outer wall, a base end part, a tip part and a penetrated and extended lumen. The handle 16 is mounted to the base end part of the main body 12. The tip part 14 consists of a base end part, a tip part and a flexible tube and this base end part is fixed on the tip part of the main body 12 and is provided with an electromagnetic sensor generating an electric signal showing a position. This part 14 is provided with a multi-element tip electrode consisting of a plurality of electrode members. An electromagnetic sensor cable 74 electrically connects an electromagnetic sensor for sending an electric signal from the electromagnetic sensor to a circuit substrate, is extended through the tip part, the main body 12 and the handle 16 and is additionally provided with a plurality of electrode reed wipes 40 extended through a tube, a catheter and the handle 16. |
