A passage 28' for a guide wire 3' passes through a shaft 50' at the preset angle. A hole 49 for the passage 28' to pass through the patient side end of the play 40 extends orthogonally with the passage 28' and exists on a plane 46 tilted from the normal line of the 50' of the projected end 47 at an angle of approximately 8 deg.. |
