PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize opening/closing of a door with a side lamp and sufficiently recognize lighting on or out of the side lamp during storing in a garage, by positioning an optical axis on an orthgonal surface orthogonal to the outside surface and adding LED whose optical axis is oblique so that outgoing light directs obliquely downward. SOLUTION: A board 11 is vertically mounted to the outside surface 2 of a rolling stock 1, and its base end is fixed to a mounting plate 12. A LED 5 provided for the tip side of the mounting plate 12 is placed so that its optical axis 3 is vertical to the mounting plate 12. When the LED 5 is so placed, a lighted up light is transmitted in parallel with the outside surface 2 of the rolling stock 1, and the light is well recognized from a driver's seat or a platform. When the rolling stock 1 is stored in a garage, for recognition of the lighting on or out of the side lamp from a road surface, its optical axis 21 is positioned on an orthogonal surface (a plane parallel with the board 11) orthogonal to the outside surface 2, and a LED 22 whose optical axis 21 is oblique is added so that outgoing light directs obliquely downward. |
