PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixed emulsion comprising 1-30 wt.% calcium carbonate (CaCO3) with 0.1-50 μm average particle diameter, 1-30 wt.% magnesium carbonate (MgCO3) with 0.1-50 μm average particle diameter, and a dispersing agent, capable of excellently maintaining a finely dispersed state for a long time because each component is stably dispersed in water, and also produced in an inexpensive producing cost. SOLUTION: A mixed aqueous slurry including CaCO3 and MgCO3 is subjected to a crushing treatment by using a ball mill. A dispersing agent such as a fatty acid ester of sucrose and a fatty acid ester of glycerin is added to the treated slurry, and the obtained slurry in a state dispersed in water is passed through a clearance so as to collide with a wall face at a high pressure to form the particles into fine particles. A micro bead mill apparatus 20 is, for example, used as the wet ball mill. The beads are supplied from a supplying port 30 with a liquid, and discharged from a discharge port 31. The mixed slurry is supplied from a supplying port 26 into the apparatus 20 and the aggregation particles included in the mixed slurry is minutely crushed by the stirring by the rotation of a disk 25. |
