PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dust adhering to a tape by providing a punching part for punching a tape, an air blow part, and a tape sticking part for sticking the tape. SOLUTION: In a tape punching part l, a tape 5 is punched from strip tape material 2 by a punch 3 and a die 4. In the state of the tape 5 being mounted on the punch tip face 6, the punch tip face 6 is pressed to a conveying part 7 to mount the tape 5 to the conveying part 7. The tape 5 mounted to the conveying part 7 is attracted by a attraction part 8 provided at the conveying part 7. The conveying part 7 is then moved to an air blow part 9 to blow air in the air blow part 9. A lead frame 14 and the tape 5 are pressed by a heat block 18 provided at a tape mounting part 13 to bond the tape 5 to the lead frame 14. A product is therefore prevented from being adversely affected by dust adhering to the tape. |
