PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing wall surface panel requiring no wasteful space between a stub and the wall surface of a building at its back and to provide metal fittings therefor. SOLUTION: These metal fittings 2 comprise a horizontal plate part 16, an insertion plate part 17 formed on the front side of the horizontal plate part 16 in such a way as to cross the horizontal plate part 16 at right angles, a rear plate part formed on the rear side of the horizontal plate part 16 in such a way as to cross the horizontal plate part 16 at right angles, an abutting plate part 19 formed on each side of the rear plate part to spread outward at its front to abut against the back of a wall face panel 1 during use, and a lower horizontal plate part 20 formed on the lower side of each rear plate part to face the horizontal plate part 16. If impact is applied to the front of the wall face panel 1, it is weakened by the bending modulus of the abutting plate part 19 of the locking fitting 2 abutting against the back of the wall face panel 1. When the wall face panel 1 is provided with an elastic cushioning intermediate layer 12 between a front panel layer 11 and a back panel layer 13, its impact absorbing property is further enhanced.
