SOLUTION: A private parts washing device 10 washes the human private parts by ejecting bubbled water from the hip nozzle 49 of a nozzle device 26 or the like toward the human private parts. Air is supplied to the nozzle device 26 from an air pump 32 via an air passage 29 to entrain the air in wash water. An atmospheric opening valve 31 is connected to the air passage 29. When pressure within the air passage 29 builds up to a predetermined pressure or higher, the atmospheric opening valve 31 opens the air flow passage 29 to the atmosphere to allow the pressure within the air passage 29 to escape.
