PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out an information recording medium without peeling off a package from a booklet by providing a cut tape or perforations in the vicinity of an upper side of the package. SOLUTION: A rear face 2 and filing margins 3, 4 are connected on respective faces of a surface, while the surface is equipped with a cut tape in the vicinity of its upper part by cutting. Print 6 may be appropriately applied on the surface. A bag 7 comprises nonwoven fabric 8 and a transparent film stuck thereto and has an opening 10 on a side, wherein an information recording medium 11 is put from the opening with a record holding face located on a side of the nonwoven fabric. The transparent film allows contents to be viewed. With this constitution, the cut tape or perforations provided in the an upper side of a package may be torn off to open the package, thereby enabling taking out the information recording medium without peeling the package from a booklet.
