PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance apparatus capable of changing mutual distance in the lateral direction between a product and/or package without causing advancing or delaying each other. SOLUTION: To prevent a product from being delayed, a guide device 10 involves a plurality of conveyer belts 11a, 11b, 11c disposed adjacent to each other and extending in the conveyance direction. Each of them receives one package and/or one product 12 arranged diagonally to each other so that a mutual distance in the crossing direction to the conveyance direction may be large in the conveyance direction. The conveyer belts 11a, 11b, 11c have a substantially equal length and is driven by a common drive.
