PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the disadvantage, in existent air conditioning duct connecting/disconnecting devices using a plurality of couplers, of the possibility that manufacture precision errors of the couplers will lead to their unstable operation and thus affect a disconnection operation of air conditioning ducts adversely. SOLUTION: This connecting/disconnecting device comprises a plurality of turnable levers 3 placed on the periphery of an air conditioning duct 1 for turning motion or locking and unlocking motion to and from a lever locking part 2 around a duct connection B, and a wire 4 wound about the air conditioning duct 1 to keep the turnable levers 3 locked to the lever locking part 2. A release of the wire 4 simultaneously unlocks all the turnable levers 3 to disconnect the air conditioning duct l stably.
