PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a storage box with a small amount of a paper base to be used for a blank wherein manufacture is easy and unsealing operation is simple by sticking a rear face of a cut board to a rear face of a front lid and by peelably sticking a surface of an auxiliary board to a surface of a front board. SOLUTION: When the storage box 1 is to be unsealed for use, first, while a protection board 7 and an auxiliary board 8 are peeled off from a front board 3, the protection board 7 and the auxiliary board 8 are removed along a cut line A. Thus an upper lid 5 can rotate with a crease (c) as the center to allow an opening to be opened/closed. In addition, a cut board 9 is integral with a front lid 6 so that it can be in contact with/separate from the front board 3 according to a rotation of the upper lid 5. At this time, a cutter part 10 protrudes from the front lid 6. A long object is pulled out from a roll R by a predetermined length and brought into contact with the cutter part 10, and the long object is pulled upward thereby cutting the object. At this time, the cut board 9 is reinforced by the front lid 6, so that deformation at the time of cutting the object is little to facilitate cutting of the object.
