PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep a chopping board clean and ease clearing after meals by forming a chopping board sheet to be placed over a chopping board into a three-layer structure, structuring it in a roll form, cutting the sheet into an appropriate size, and placing it over the chopping board at the time of cooking. SOLUTION: The sheet is processed so as not to permeate water or oil, made non-slip in the reverse, not easy to cut with a knife, and antimicrobial. The sheet body is formed thinly, and into a three-layer structure by heat molding a polyethylene layer 1, a paper layer 2 and a polyethylene layer 3. The sheet is structured as a roll or a single sheet. In the case of a roll, it is cut to a size of a chopping board for use. Use of this sheet helps keep a chopping board clean at all times and its ease of carriage makes it easy to use in place of a chopping board outdoors.
