PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink carrying device capable of ensuring supply of plural types of food and drink at a rate corresponding to a day of the week and a time even if cockers do not seize patterns and rotations at a rate determined for types of materials. SOLUTION: This device includes a setting means 41 for presetting plural types of Sushis (vinegared rice with ingredients thereon) to be circulated in a carriage path to be in preset numbers by types, a display means 5 for displaying the types and numbers of food and drink by types set by the setting means 41, a first reading means 61 for reading identification marks on Sushi dishes before transferring the dishes to the carriage path, a memorizing means 42 for memorizing the types of Sushis on the dishes read by the first reading means 61, a second reading means 62 for reading identification marks on the dishes on the carriage path, and a judging means 43 for judging whether or not the types of Sushis on the carriage path are in preset numbers as set by the setting means 41 in accordance with output signals from the second reading means 62. By the judgement of the judging means 43, the types of Sushis being in preset numbers or less and the number of the shortage are displayed by the display means 6 if Sushis on the carriage path are in preset numbers or less as set by the setting means 41.
