PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry noodle placing device of a simple structure, which can guide dry noodles to be laid on a chopping board and prevent the dry noodles on the chopping board from being drawn backward by other dry noodles sent to the chopping board afterward. SOLUTION: This dry noodle placing device is equipped with a rotary disk 20 which is supported by a lifting frame 2 in such a way to freely move in the vertical direction for a given range and rotate on its axis 21, to serve as the guiding frame for supporting the lower portions of the dry noodles and laying them on a chopping 31, and also to serve as the pressing frame for pressing the front ends of the dry noodles already laid on the chopping board 31, in order to simplify the structure of the whole device, including the dry noodle placing device itself and dry noodle cutting device 30 with which it is combined, and thereby to save the investment and operating costs.
