PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in oxygen barrier as well as adhesiveness even if anchor coating agent is not used. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution comprising a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer containing 3-18 mol.% <=4Cα-olefin is applied to a polyolefin film whose surface is treated so as to have at least 35 dyne/am surface tension and dried at <=100 deg.C.
