PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet after processing device which can punch a punch hole in which there is no tear and swelling on the paper sheet even if the usual punching device is used as it is, not requiring the power up of the motor of the punching device. SOLUTION: In a paper sheet after processing device provided with a punching means 121 for punching the hole for filing to the paper sheet discharged from a copy machine 81, the carrying means such as an inlet roller 1 and lower carrying roller 4 for carrying the paper sheet onto a discharge tray 12 through the punching means 121 from the copy machine 81 and CPU for controlling these respective means, CPU reduces the carrying speed of the paper sheet and controls the carrying means so as to increase the speed after punching by the punching means 121 just before punching the filing hole. |
