PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powder from being solidified by the moisture in air or sticking of water thereto at a nozzle tip and to prevent the air from being not injected any more with a tooth surface cleaner for cleaning the tooth surfaces by injecting the powder-contg. air from the nozzle. SOLUTION: This tooth surface cleaner has an air passage 11 having many fine holes 11a on a tubular wall and the powder 14 disposed in the outer peripheral part of this air passage 11 provided with these fine holes 11a. The air is passed in the air passage 11 and the powder is introduced into the air passage 11 by this air. The tooth surfaces are cleaned by injecting the powder together with the air. The air passage 11 is made turnable by a knob. The air passage 11 is turned and the fine hole parts 11a are arranged to face the powder part 14 to inject the powder. Further, the air passage 11 is turned to close the fine hole parts by a sealing member 15. The air is passed into the air passage 11, by which the powder remaining in the air passage 11 is removed.
