PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective differential pressure seal without the trouble of causing deterioration in the quality of the product, sheet cracking or the like. SOLUTION: This differential pressure sealing device is disposed at the inside of an inline device, in which, on the boundary between space regions having a pressure difference, two guide rolls 2 and 3 conducting the winding guide of a coil thin strip are arranged, and, on each guide roll, respectively, a pair of recessed circular-arc shaped seal faces surrounding the outer circumference thereof approximately over the semicircle and forming extremely fine gaps to the back face of the thin strip in a wound state and the outer circumferential face of the roll respectively in the wound region and non-wound region of the coil thin strip are arranged.
