METHOD FOR INJECTION-MOLDING METAL POWDER AND METAL SINTERED COMPACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation in dewaxing even in the case of a shape with thick and thin parts and to manufacture a metal sintered compact having an excellent dimensional precision. SOLUTION: When a compound of a metal powder and an org. binder kneaded with each other is injection-molded and the resultant molding 1 is dewaxed and sintered to obtain the objective metal sintered compact, deformation preventing members 5 comprising a ceramic material are brought into contact with parts 4 of the molding 1 liable to cause deformation in dewaxing and the members 5 are detached after dewaxing. Deformation in dewaxing is prevented.
