PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition which is improved in the compatibility of a thermoplastic polyurethane with a polyolefin and combines the excellent properties of the former, including mechanical properties, transparency, printability, adhesion, chemical resistance, oil resistance, etc., and these of the latter, including moldability, lightweight properties, low cost, etc. SOLUTION: This composition comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane, a polyolefin and a block copolymer comprising an olefin polymer block (A) having a number average molecular weight of 500-200,000 and a polymer block (B) composed primarily of a (meth)acrylic monomer and/or an aromatic vinyl monomer and having a number average molecular weight of 2,000-200,000, in the respective proportions of 20-85 wt.%, 10-75 wt.% and 5-40 wt.% based on the total weight of the three polymers.
