PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal method of non-industrial waste plastic capable of cost reduction by reducing a storage space and improving working efficiency such as loading, conveying, and carrying-in, and preparing for the next operation by returning empty pallets from re-commercializing facilities to storage facilities efficiently after delivery. SOLUTION: A plurality of pallet storage-reducing volume articles in which a reducing volume article 10 is formed by a reducing volume/binding means 1 and stored in a plurality of pallets are stored temporarily in storage facilities in municipalities or the like. A plurality of temporarily stored pallet storage reducing volume articles are sealingly-carried from the storage facilities to re-commercializing facilities by a sealing-type carrier. At the facilities, unloading is conducted sequentially, and the reducing volume articles 10 are delivered from the pallet to be conveyed to a stock yard or recycling processing facilities. The empty pallet from which the reducing volume articles 10 are delivered is loaded again on the sealing-type carrier and sealingly-carried to the storage facilities.
