PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning precision of a turntable by integrating a rotary shaft with an output shaft and to make special oiling unnecessary by using part of pressure oil for lifting as lubricating oil for a bearings, actuating parts, and others. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 2 of a turntable 1 is installed vertically movably in a bearing cylinder 4 by a bearing in a side part. Between the bearing cylinder 4 above and below the bearing 17 and the rotary shaft 2, an upper part oil chamber 21 in which the rotary shaft 2 is used as a piston and a lower part oil chamber 22 are formed with a seal ring 20 applied to the periphery of the rotary shaft 2. A motor 5 is fitted vertically movably to the lower end of the bearing cylinder 4, and an output shaft 25 is inserted into the rotary shaft 2. The output shaft 25 and the rotary shaft 2 are bonded integrally to each other.
