PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dismantle a mat very easily with high efficiency, by winding each end edge part of a cut line for ripping the mat on a pair of each cloth part winding rolls, and by ripping and winding the cloth part by the pair of the cloth part winding roll, and by taking out an inner spring body. SOLUTION: A mat A having a cloth part 7 on the transfer direction front side, where a cut line 8 for ripping is installed, is transferred between a pair of cloth part winding rolls 2, 2 by a mat transfer conveyer 1. And then, both end edge parts 9, 9 of the cut line 8 for ripping of the mat A are bitten by cut line biting claws for cloth part ripping of the pair of the cloth part winding rolls 2, 2. The cloth part winding rolls 2, 2 are rotated respectively in this state, and the cloth part 7 of the mat A is ripped and wound by the pair of the cloth part winding rolls 2, 2, and simultaneously the mat A is sent out to the carrying-out side and an inner spring body 6 and the cloth part 7 are separated and dismantled.
