PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry noodle placing device, which completely separates and recovers noodle turns and a chopsticks-like wooden rod, by which noodles are supported, from the noodles cut off by a cutter unit which cuts off by a cutter, at a given length, noodles moving intermittently. SOLUTION: This supporting device is for drying noodles while being hung on the wooden rod running in the horizontal direction over a chopping board 21, and is provided with a chute body 61 slanted and undulated by a driver, the chute body 61 being set to go across the position at which the wooden rod is received and throwing position, and receiving the noodle turns (at which the noodles are supported by the wooden rod) cut off by a cutter 4 and the wooden rod entangled with the cut-off turns, to slide them downward. A device 3 for moving a wooden rod receiver 1 to carry wooden rod and turns to the cutter 4 is used to serve also as the driver for undulating the chute body 61, to simplify the whole supporting device.
