PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect the failure of an injector as quickly as possible by monitoring the pressure of a medical fluid. SOLUTION: In this method, a force is received by a housing 1, due to the advance of a piston 6 received by a vessel 2, and the pressure of a medical fluid is monitored during the filling or the injection of one dose of a medical fluid from a vessel 2 formed out of the housing 1. The reaction of the piston 6 acting on the housing 1 as a liquid pressure scale is measured and the reaction is transmitted to the control part 20 of a the drive body of the piston 6. The control part 20 makes a comparison between the measured reaction and a prescribed reference force, and controls the drive body of a motor 11 with due consideration of a comparison result. This reference force is a nominal value of reaction and a direct comparison between a nominal value and an actual value is implemented between the measured reaction and the nominal value thereof. |
