PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transfer of printing data to a printing apparatus by setting blank information with respect to the printing data calculating the expansion or reduction ratio of the printing data based on the blank information, processing the printing data by expansion or reduction based on the calculated expansion or reduction ratio, and arranging the layout of the printing data according to the blank information. SOLUTION: Blank information for providing a preferable blank for printing data is set (step 1), and the expansion or reduction ratio of the printing data is calculated based on the set blank information (step 2). The printing data are processed by expansion or reduction based on the calculated expansion or reduction ratio, and the layout of the printing data applied with the expansion or reduction process is arranged according to the set blank information (step 3). The blank part is printed according to the layout blank part information (step 4). Accordingly, the printing data can be transferred to a printing apparatus easily at the time print of the printing data is required. |
