PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film which can be easily and strongly adhered to a transparent plastic plate used in a base material such as a transparent opening, having a heat ray reflecting property excellent in a heat processing property. SOLUTION: An easily adhesive and easily sliding layer comprising a composition mainly consisting of a polyester resin with a glass transition point of 40 to 85 deg.C, a fatty amide and/or a fatty bisamide and fine particles having an average particle diameter of 0.15μm or less is provided on one side of a transparent thermoplastic resin film, on which a protective layer is provided. On the other surface opposite to the surface on which the protective layer of the transparent thermoplastic resin film is provided, a heat ray reflective layer is laminated, followed by a low melting point resin layer of a resin having a substantially lower melting point than the thermoplastic resin constituting the transparent thermoplastic resin film.
