PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap assist for drink container that is easily operable for opening and closing a spout by simply turning a cap with a force applied easily. SOLUTION: A cap assist 1 having a space 10 for holding a cap 3 when put on the cap to be attached to a spout 2a of a PET bottle 2 and projected parts 11 projecting sideways holds the cap 3 when fitted onto the cap 3 of the PET bottle 2 with the internal face 10a of its space 10 brought into contact with the side face 3a of the cap 3 and with a frictional force generated therefrom. Since the projected parts 11 are caught by the palm or between the fingers of a hand when the cap assist 1 is gripped by hand, a force can be applied easily and the cap 3 can be simply opened or closed with the cap 3 turned together with the cap assist 1. |
