PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid forced feeder such as a pump with an extremely high compression ratio, capable of taking in and discharging a plurality of fluids to produce a mixed fluid. SOLUTION: A fluid forced feeder comprises a housing 2 having a conical upheaved part on the inner bottom face and formed in such a way that the peripheral wall inner surface around the apex of the conical upheaved part is a spherical surface; an inclined plate 5 energized to move its inclining direction in the state of being inclined to come in linear contact with the inclined face of the conical upheaved part and formed in a spherical surface so that the peripheral edge can come in sliding contact with the peripheral wall inner surface of the housing 2; and a partition plate 10 dividing the conical upheaved part 3 equally in a plurality of parts and protruded/receded in association with the inclining direction movement of the inclined plate 5. In this case, both ends of each chamber closed with the inclined plate and partition plate, and the inclined plate and conical upheaved part are provided with a fluid inflow port and a fluid outflow port.
