PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out and store a pontoon without elongating movable rails in a trigger device of a carrier provided with a cylinder to be freely expanded/ contracted facing a road surface from a lower surface of the carrier on which a work device such as a crane is mounted, and which is run by wheels, and the movable rails supported on a rod tip part of the cylinder to be movable for a specified distance, facing the inside of the lower surface of the carrier from an outer lower part of the carrier, with the pontoon fixed on the movable rails in such a way that the pontoon is stored inside the carrier through the movable rails. SOLUTION: Movable rails 25, 25 are movably supported on a lower surface of a carrier 2 to be movable toward the inner side of the carrier 2 from the outer side of the carrier 2, a support rail 38 to which the movable rails 25, 25 are introduced to be stored is provided on a lower surface inside the carrier 2, and a pontoon 26 integrally fixed to the movable rails 25, 25 is stored inside the carrier 2.
