PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp for internal suspension of concrete in which an opening width can be finely adjusted in a wide range. SOLUTION: This clamp for internal suspension of concrete is provided with a rotatable shaft 10 extended roughly in a vertical direction, at least a pair of arms 14, 15 connected to the shaft 10 to be opened/closed, a slide arm 23 having a female screw part engaged with a screw part of the shaft 10 in an inner surface to rise and fall to the shaft 10 in accordance with rotation of the shaft 10, at least a pair of link arms 17, 18 connected between the arms 14, 15 and the slide arm 23, and at least a pair of cams 28, 29 rotatably connected to tips of the arms 14, 15, and provided with engagement teeth engaged with an inner wall surface of a concrete product in their outer circumferential surfaces, and by changing the position of the slide arm 23 by rotating the shaft 10, an arm opening width can be adjusted through the link arms 17, 18.
