PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail suspension device capable of increasing height of a guide rail above a floor surface to a beam member at a specified height. SOLUTION: A U-shaped yoke 6 to suspend a guide rail 2 in an overhang condition is provided with an upper end part 9 to loose-fitted between a pair of an upper and a lower horizontal overhang parts 1b, 1c of a beam member 1 to be placed on the lower horizontal overhang part 1c, an installation means 10 comprises a strap 18 to be applied to the lower side of the beam member 1, a first coupling member 19 to couple one end part of the strap 18 with the yoke 9, and a second coupling member 20 to couple the other end part of the strap 18 with a lower horizontal overhang part 1a on the opposite side of the beam member 1, and the second coupling member 20 is composed of a holding plate 21 to be placed on the lower horizontal overhang part 1a of the beam member 1, and a coupling fixture 22 to couple the holding plate 21 with the strap 18 between a contact part 21a to the strap 18 and the lower horizontal overhang part 1a of the beam member 1.
