PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an imaging time and to secure necessary data by means of obtaining a single kind of data by magnifying a phase vector image to the designate-sized one after generating the phase vector image being smaller than the designate-siged one through the use of information which is given from the pixel of the first image. SOLUTION: When the phase vector image is generated in an MR system 10, first and second intermediate images having first and second pixel matrixes are constituted at first. Then, signal strength in the respective pixels of the first and the second intermediate images is derived by selectively averaging the signals in the group of the corresponding pixels in the first image after inverting a position vector having a negative real number component in the first image. Then, the first and the second intermediate images are selectively processed so as to form the phase vector image. In the processing, it is favorable that the corresponding pixels in the first and the second intermediate images are compared and the pixel with larger amplitude among the compared pixels is selected as the pixel of the phase vector image. |
