MANUFACTURE OF AEROSOL CONTAINER OF DOUBLE STRUCTURE, INNER BAG PULLING-UP DEVICE USED THEREFOR AND INNER BAG USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double structure aerosol container manufacturing method in which a double structure aerosol container can be manufactured by making the center of a neck part of an internal bag coincide with the center of an opening part of an external cylindrical can and surely pulling up the internal bag even when the internal bag stored in external cylindrical can is in any posture or position. SOLUTION: Diameter-contracted split collets 20 and an operation core are inserted in an internal bag 3 from the upper part of the center axis of an opening part 5a of an external cylindrical can 5 so as to expand the diameter and to make an internal bag neck part 3a be coaxial with the center of the opening part 5a by using an internal bag pulling-up device 10 comprising the split collets 20 plurally split in the cicumferential direction and the operation core which is mounted in a reciprocal manner on its center axis and provided with a conical part 32 to expand/contract the split collets 20, the internal bag 3 is locked to a stepped part 22 of the split collets 20 and pulled up and the whole device 10 is retracted to seal and fix a flange part 3b together with a mountain cup.
