PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly cut a burr generated at a work piece which is not a true circle by approaching to the piece by pressing to urge a mounting body by a predetermined pressure while rotating the body together with the mounted piece. SOLUTION: A work piece 2 is mounted on a mounting base 6, covered from above with a snap-in lid 10 and sandwiched fixedly between the base 6 and the lid 10. At this time, an outer peripheral edge 3 of the piece 2 is in the state of protruding from an outer periphery of the base 6 together with a burr 4. Thereafter, a rotational shaft 8 is rotated, and the base 6 is rotated together with the piece 2 in a horizontal direction. A mounting body 1 is pressed to be urged by a predetermined pressure by an air cylinder 11 in this state, a protruding strip 13 of a lower end of a slide 7 is slid in a rail 14, and urged to be slid toward a cutting blade 5. The edge 3 is bumped against a collision surface 18 of a lower blade 16 so that sliding of the body 1 is stopped. Then, an upper blade 17 is moved down toward the blade 16, bitten with the blade 16 at a position in which the blades 16, 17 are approached to the edge 3 to cut the burr 4.
