PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep flexibility of a flange while keeping resistance to heat of a body to eliminate leakage of contents in a spout having a cylindrical body and the flange provided at one of its ends by equipping the flange with a gap extending peripherally around the body. SOLUTION: The spout 10 has a body 12 and a flange 14 provided at one of its ends. An upper side face of the flange 14 is fused to a lower side face of a bag 16 including an opening passing through the body 12, and the spout 10 is attached to the bag 16. In this case, a gap 40 is provided on a lower part of the flange 14. The gap 40 is shaped like a groove with a rectangular cross section, substantially concentric with a circular cross section defined by the body 12, and extended along a full periphery around the body 12. Thus the gap 40 can improve flexibility of the flange 14, whereby a material with high heat resistance and strength property can be used to satisfy necessary requirements.
