DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION AND DIELECTRIC RESONATOR AND DIELECTRIC FILTER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition that has high dielectric constant, high Q.f value, a small temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. SOLUTION: A dielectric composition represented by the formula: NdTi(Nb1-xTax)O6 (0<=x<=0.8) is used and, when necessary, less than 1.0 (≠ 0) pt.wt. of at least one selected from oxides of Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu is admixed to the dielectric composition.
