PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic capable of providing hair with a moist feeling without feel of stickiness and stiffness, useful as a shampoo, hair rinse and hair conditioner by making the cosmetic include a monosaccharide, a urea- based compound, an extract of marine alga, etc. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic comprises two or more kinds selected from (A) a monosaccharide such as fructose, etc., (B) an urea-based compound such as urea, etc., (C) an extract of marine alga such as carrageenan, etc., and (D) a plant seed viscous substance such as an extract of seed of Cydonia oblonga, etc., and/or its derivative.
