PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject composition capable of repairing an electronic component device without disposing of the electronic component device even when defective connection occurs due to a positional shift, etc., between electrodes when used for, e.g. the electric connection of opposing electrodes of the electronic component device by compounding a polyhydroxypolyether resin with a synthetic rubber, an epoxy resin and a curing agent. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a polyhydroxypolyether resin, (B) a synthetic rubber, (C) an epoxy resin and (D) a curing agent. A partially brominated phenoxy resin consisting essentially of a recurring unit represented by the formula [R is CH2, SO2 or the like; X1 to X4 are each H or Br, with the proviso that at least one of the X1 to X and Y1 to Y4 is Br; (n), (m) and (l) are each an integer of >=1; (n+m+l)>=1; the recurring units (n), (m) and (l) may be a random copolymer or a block copolymer] is preferred as the component A. An acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, etc., are preferred as the component B.
