PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a low-frequency therapy by surely keeping an electrode abutted to a splenius of a neck part. SOLUTION: This therapeutic appliance has a pair of electrodes 1 and 1 kept in contact with a human body, and a support body 2 mounted with both electrodes 1 and 1. In addition, the support body 2 attached around the neck of a human body via elasticity has a pair of the electrodes 1 and 1 arranged at preset intervals at the intermediate part between both ends. The electrodes 1 and 1 are kept in contact with the human body using the support body 2 attahced to the neck of the human body via elasticity. Also, the electrodes 1 and 1 are kept in contact with a splenius by attaching the electrodes 1 and 1 to the intermediate part of the support body 2.
