PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a space large enough to allow a hand to be inserted by pulling up a handle and take out easily a basket from a dust collection chamber even if a dust collection bag expands by arranging the handle vertically slidably in the upper portion of the basket on which the dust collection bag is mounted and that is arranged detachably in the dust collection chamber. SOLUTION: When disposing of a dust collection bag 12, by removing the clamp 23 of a dust collection chamber lid 33, pushing up the handle of a basket 11 by the urging force of a spring 31, and pushing up the dust collection chamber lid 33, the opening of the dust collection chamber lid 33 is improved. To take out the basket by fully opening the dust collection chamber lid 33, as the handle 25 is pushed up, a space into which a user puts his hand is expanded, and even if the dust collection bag 12 has expanded, the user can grasp easily the handle 25. In addition, when the user grasps the grasping portion 26, he can take out the basket hygienically without touching the dust collection bag 12. Thus he can grasp the grasping portion 25 with one hand and throw away the dust collection bag 12 only by rotating the clamp 23.
