PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly set of insect pest-catching tool, capable of preventing a catching cylinder from improvidently adhering to laundry, plant leaves, when used, and not needing a large space for transportation, storage, etc., to reduce the cost for the transportation, etc. SOLUTION: This assembly set of an insect pest catching tool is provided with a catching cylinder 1 and an outer case-constituting sheet 2 folded in a flat state. These members are received in a bag 3 used as a packaging container, and subsequently stored or transported in the state. The catching cylinder 1 comprises a cylindrical base material 4, an adhesive 5 applied on the circumferential surface of the base material, and a releasing sheet 6 covering the adhesive surface. The outer case-constituting sheet 2 can be assembled into an outer case for receiving the catching cylinder 1 free from the releasing sheet 6 and having plural insect pest-entering openings on the side surfaces.
