PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of continuously and uniformly leveling a nursery bed while pushing down a floating material into the soil by the cooperation of rotary tines with pressing wheels concentrically rotating with the rotary tines while being pulled by a tractor. SOLUTION: This tractor pulling nursery bed-leveling rotor has a transmission case 7 suspended on an outer terminal part of a horizontal main driving shaft 6 driven by a driving part 2 connected to a power-output port 1 of a tractor, and pivotally supported so as to be rotated on the upper part between right and left supporting side plates 9 arranged so as to face to each other, and a transmission system 8 making a rotation shaft 10 having rotary tines 11 mounted like a spiral at the lower part between the supporting side plates 9 to carry out the followed movement with pressing frame wheels 13 concentrically rotating at the outside of the rotary shaft 10, in the transmission case 7.
