PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photocurable laminated sheet which is excellent in scratch resistance, weatherability, and chemical resistance and has processability, storage stability, and non-stickiness, by laminating an acrylic resin having photopolimerizable functional group is side chain and a photocurable resin composition consisting of a photopolymerization initiator on a transparent base sheet. SOLUTION: A photocurable composition comprising an acrylic resin having photopolymerizable functional groups in side chains and a photopolymerization initiator is laminated on a sheet base material. Since crosslinking takes place between polymer side chains by the photopolymerizable groups, there is no need for having low molecular weight reactive vinyl groups. Therefore, a tack- free sheet having good storage stability is obtained. A group polymerized by the irradiation of light can be used as the photopolymerizable functional group, and preferably, an alicyclic epoxy groups is named. Preferably, 1-100 pts.wt. of a compound having photopolymerizable functional groups in side chains is added to 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin to be copolymerized.
