PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a form for a segment, on the inner peripheral surface of which an insert fitting is provided by an easy work at a low cost. SOLUTION: To an end plate 12, which forms the inner peripheral surface of a segment, an insert mounting fitting 32 for holding an insert fitting 2 is provided. The insert mounting fitting 32 consists of a holding fitting 33 provided on the bottom plate 12 and a resin mounting member 34. A screw part 35 is formed at one end side of the mounting member 34, at the other end side of which a holding part 36 is formed. A flange part 38 is formed between the screw part 35 and the holding part 36. A cut-in part 39 is formed on the holding part 36 near the flange part 38. At the center of the mounting member 34, a tool hole 37 having a hexagonal section is formed. At the tip part of the holding part 36, outward projecting engaging parts 40 are formed. By pivoting the mounting member 34 under the condition that the holding part 31 of the mounting member, into the screw part 35 of which the insert fitting 2 is screwed, is inserted in the inserting hole 41 of the holding fitting 33, the engaging parts 40 are engaged to the under surface side of the holding fitting 33.
