PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient sheet after processing device in which the maintenance of the part applying the after processing is easy and which can take out and use the part applied a prescribed after processing from a sheet after processing device main body simply, in the sheet after processing device for applying a prescribed after processing for the sheets discharged from the sheet processing device. SOLUTION: This sheet after processing device is provided with a sheet placing tray for placing sheets S discharged from the sheet processing device and a stapler D for binding (prescribed after processing the sheets S on the sheet placing tray. The stapler D has a staple holder 411 for holding the staple for the after processing and an after processing part 412 for binding by using the staple held on the staple holder 411 and is the sheet after processing device which can attach/detach to/from a sheet storing device case integrally while including the staple holder 411 and after processing part 412.
