PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve seat fitting device facilitating mounting, removal and adjustment of a fitting surface plate position while securing stable support of the device, shortening work time and improving workability. SOLUTION: A frame 11 is inserted in the opening of a base 2, a supporting block 9 is mounted to the frame 11, a bolt to fix the supporting block 9 is provided, a mounting arm 3 is mounted to the base 2, a bolt to fix the mounting arm is provided, the mounting arm 3 and the supporting block 9 are linked with a spherical joint coupling 4, a fitting surface plate 12 is mounted to the lower end of the frame 11, a motor 14 is provided on the upper end of the frame 11, and driving force of the motor 14 is transmitted to the fitting surface plate 12 by a chain 13.
